There are three Krav Maga classes new members can attend every week, plus the Instructor Development Krav Maga session that is open only to intermediate and advanced students.
In addition to these, we have an unique offering compared to other Krav Maga schools: a Combat Striking class on Wednesdays and Ground Combat class on Saturdays. Both classes are open to all members. By training in Combat Striking classes members develop their skills in common strikes like punches, kicks, elbows and knees as well as strikes prohibited in combat sports like strikes to the eye and groin. As striking and grappling are always interlinked this class also includes some standup grappling and takedowns. Combat Striking does not include any training in rules or point scoring as the focus is on building skills that work on the street. It is especially recommended for members who have never done similar things in previous sports or martial arts to enable them to build their skills quickly.
Ground Combat classes focus on the application of wrestling, grappling and bjj techniques and tactics in the realistic self defence.
